WALKING

Barton Cottage is just 5 miles from The Hardy Way, The Jubilee Trail and the South West Coast Path. These offer a wide variety of well signed walks in addition to hundreds of local footpaths and bridleways across the county.

CYCLING

The Ridgeway Cycle Route passes through broadmayne and interconnects with other national bike routes for road based bikes. For those with mountain bikes, Puddletown Forest provides good off road opportunities as well as jumps for dare devils, this is just a 25 minute bike ride or 8 minutes by car.
